I have bought a double door fridge on november 2017 for which complaint are below..
1. The quality of compressor's gas does not with stand for 1 month
2. The fridge is getting heated often
3. For now another issues has started in which the fridge the not working properly, doesn't gets cool or ice and given the certificate to decision making team as it is good for which i have given the proof.
4.in a fridge there may have i defect the and this is full of defect or we can it as manufacturing defect.
5.in warranty period itself we are facing many issues.

Customer service people are not responding and the Decision making team is cheating with us by saying like we people listen the technical peoples words whereas the issue in fridge is not solved and no one is talking about the defect unit delivered to customer

      Order number :09022/1819/04023

      The above mentioned ac was installed by company rep sudip paul. The attitude was very rough and not friendly at all.
      He made no extra effort to fit the brackets and other stuffs, charged me for everything, when i asked to do the wrapping for the open section of the outlet pipe, he was very adamant and arrogant and denied to fit so.
      When i agreed to make payments and all the payments are made, then why he denied his service?
      I will like to have an answer for the same.

        We had the drum replaced of our machine on 4.11.18 through rajsinh who is your service partner. On 5.11.18 the machine started making noises as if it's going to burst, we called him for a couple of days but he refused to answer his phone. We again registered a complaint and prashant visited us on 14.11.18 and told us that the new drum replaced by rajsinh is broken and it is a defective piece and he will get it replaced in a day or two. Now he tells us that the office will get in touch with us to understand the matter!!! Is this some kind of a joke. We know that they both are hand in glove in this matter. Kindly get this sorted out asap or refund our money. This is not expected from samsung, we are extremely loyal to the brand and all appliances in our house is from samsung.

          I have done a recharge from samsung pay mini but i have not received any kind of recharge nor refund is generated from their end. The
          Upi transaction id is[protected] on on 22 september 2018 at 10:05 am. I have called many times samsung pay customer care for registering a complaint and they says that our further team will contact you. They suggest me to call axis bank for the same. Because samsung pay mini is powered by axis bank. I have called axis, sbi & samsung customer care for solution.
          But till now no solution is provided by samsung till now. Please check the attached file for reference.

            I purchased a microwave in feb 2018. The microwave from the inside has got rust all over which is bad for food and also harmful. I did file a complaint with a couple of months back, the engineer visited our house multiple times and took photos as proof. After repeated follow ups and calls to the customer care there was no solution offered. I would like to file a complaint against this and would like to have someone look into this as it is really harmful to cook in a microwave with rust.

              I bought a samsung s8+ mobile recently and have purchased it on 29th april 2018 for the price of 55000 rupees. Now today, the headset which is given with the box has an issue that the right side ear bud works with less volume compared to the left side. When i contacted the service centre and the customer care, they says that the product is our of warranty and cant be replaced. I truely escalate this, because the mistake is not on my side in any aspect and there is not even a physical damage for the same. If they have a poor quality headset that works only for 6 months, what is the consumer mistake here. And i have seen the same issue is been faced by many trusted samsung customers.               The customer service rep says that it might be 1 percent in 100 can happen. Why the hell i should bear this issue. If more than 80 out of 100 people says that the issue exists for them as well, then it is the quality issue for the company manufacture. Moreover samsung being trusted by many, i really
              Frustrated with this type of qualtiy issues. I want my headset to be replaced as it is just 10 to 15 days ahead of warranty. If not its a big cheating.

              I sincerely request customers to not trust and buy samsung mobiles just by the advertisements, offers etc.. Pls read the reviews of the product, identify the pros n cons, get the feedback and then choose.

              The mobile cost is 55000 and the headset cost is nearly 7000 it seems. Then what kinda poor quality you are primising for such a huge cost headphone.. Worst brand.. Really frsuttated with samsung. I have nearly 10 to 15 users of samsung in my family nd friends surrounding and i will personally suggest hereafter not to buy any samsung products..

                  I bought a new double door fridge 10 days before of 32k and got a fault for which i raised multiple request but no proper action has been taken so far and after several attempts of customer services fridge is still in the same condition. Just now I spoke to customer care executive and as per him they are not able to do anything right now and because of this I have lost around 3k of stuff which was kept in fridge for my party purpose.

                  As per the above complaint I am yet to get any action from your end. My appliance is still having several issues which are not resolved even after multiple actions from Samsung Engineer named 'Vishal'. He visited on 21st of November and did some technical stuff for which we are totally unaware and told us to wait for 2 days and he will give one more visit(i.e on 23rd Nov) just to verify the appliance if it is working fine or not. We did wait for 2 days and didn't get a positive feedback for the refrigerator. We called 'Vishal' for a visit which he didn't received and didn't even bothered to call back till 23rd evening and thus spoiled the whole day for us simply sitting and waiting at home. Finally we called the dealer "Gopal'(owner of MTK samsung dealer) and we received a call from 'Vishal' saying that he will be coming in 30 minutes but no one has visited so far and we are in total frustration right now.

                  Please let me know if this can be resolved at this level or should we take this to consumer court for further actions against the company as we are facing the issue from first day itself. Hoping for a prompt reply this time around.

                    Since the time i brought this device approached service centre twice for screen burn in issues. Samsung claimed that then will be no more such issues on my previous replacement of screen under warranty. Now the warranty of my product is expired and im still facing the screen burn in issues. Pathetic service i didn't pay this much money for this cheap phone. After warranty i'm facing the same issue again and i cant spend money from my pocket for this faulty phone!

                    Mr.Umang from Samsung was coordinating with me on the issue and rectified the issue by charging some amount and helped me in replacing the screen. Also, there was a promise given to me that the issue won't repeat. Here it is the issue came back like karma and I need a permanent solution around this.

                      We purchased samsung model ua32j6300 sr no a3v3pcc700760 @rs45000 only
                      In ganpati electronics on dated 09.11.15 at muzaffarpur, bihar, now suddenly pannel gone under damage checked by technician through complained no [protected] dated 14.11.18 from our tv, as per technician require its replacement then the problem will be resolved, the problem is two no bulb showing in the screen during tv on position, now pls tell me is the right or wrong in tv at only 3 year, i am telling you when i was purchased only samsung name product, but it seems samsung name product is very rough.

                        I had purchased one samsung refrigerator (Model no rt 54 mbpn1/xtl) on 10th of august, 2013. It had a warranty of 5 years. From the the month of september, 2018 i had started facing few cooling problems in the same. I had made complaint to the samsung service center on october1, 2018. The next day the service guy paid a visit and said that there is some leakage problem and he will repair it next day. Now the harassment starts. The next day they called us saying that it cant be repaired at your place and said it needs to repaired at the workshop. So they said they will arrange a pickup from my place. Next day the executive calls us and said that i have to get the product down to ground floor, i live in 2nd floor then only they will provide pick up. I don't what kind of service is this and how am i going to get a labour for getting the refrigerator down from 2 floors. Never ever have i experienced such thing from any other company. But we got the fridge down and then they took that. After a week of inspection they said that the fridge is non repairable still they will look what can be done and by 20th they confirmed that they will return and nothing cant be done.
                        They took nearly 20 days to confirm that the fridge is non repairable. I have used electronics of several companies but never ever i had come across this service where it is said that its non repairable just after expiry of warranty. Even if it is outside warranty then company has the ownership of providing service of their products. If they can't then exchange offer should be given as i have experienced in other companies. Never ever have i heard that you will get nothing out of this because of company failure to service the products. I

                          I requested for a TV service on 15/5/2018. Date that the tv developed issue with the screen. The service representative visited my house on 17/5/2018 date and took the TV for service and informed me that the LED screen has gone out and said it would be costing 11000 rupees for rectification. I accepted it and was charged me close to talk to 11000 rupees for replacement of the interior LED screen.

                          Mr.Raghu service engineer visited my residence and assured 6 months warranty for the replaced part and also issued a receipt for the service mentioning the warranty.

                          However, the TV started to develop same issue within 3 months of repair. I again called the service centre and informed them to arrange for service advisor to visit. However, not less than 50 calls was required to ensure the technician to visit and take the TV to rectify under Warranty. The TV was serviced for 8 days and installed back on 25/10/2018

                          However, the TV developed same issue within 48 hrs and again it is taking Himalayan effort to call the service centre landline atleast 4 times a day for the past 3 days to ensure the TV is serviced under warranty.. the warranty expires on 17/11/2018. And any delay in rectifying the defect beyond the warranty date will make your service centre legally liable for corrective action whatsoever.

                          Anticipating that you will send the service engineer at least after seeing this email as our calls go unanswered.

                          NOW THE TV IS claimed to be irreparable and they committed to refund the TV @ as is condition and also return the cost of repair i.e. Rs.11000/-

                          They committed to deliver the TV back (unrepaired) and refund the cost paid towards repair earliest by 16.11.2018. But when we called the service centre, Prabhu confirmed that they will only refund and deliver the TV whenever they find time and there is no commitment on it.

                            I purchased a samsung refrigerator 4 months back from vijay sales, pune and it stopped cooling. I called samsung customer care and they sent a technician who told that the fridge's compressor has stopped working. He also said that it is very unusual that the compressor stopped working in just four months, normally there are no complaints for 5-10 years. I am now sure that i was sold a defected piece by vijay sales. I contacted both vijay sales and samsung to replace the defected piece but got no response other that "our senior will contact you in next 24 hours". It has been around a week that i have been following up with both but getting no response from either.

                            I have to say that Samsung has a very pathetic and ignorant Customer Care. As I have written in my complaint, my refrigerator stopped working just 3 months after the purchase and a technician "Dhanraj"was sent to check the issue. He opened the entire fridge and checked all the wiring and in the end reported that the compressor is not working. In spite of my continuous request to replace the defected fridge I was told by one of the Samsung Customer Executive "Devyani" that, its just the compressor that needs to be replaced and no other part/wiring of the fridge will be touched.
                            So, today 21st November another "Ignorant" Samsung technician "Prathemesh" visited to replace the compressor and to no surprise he reported that the issue is not with compressor but some other part. It was quite evident that he had no knowledge about the fridge and was constantly consulting his head "Pawan" on what to do next. Opposite to what we were promised that our fridge wiring wont be touched again, he opened the entire fridge again and was not able to assemble it back properly. I am afraid instead of repairing it he has done more damage to the fridge. I have attached some of his photographs struggling with the wiring.

                            I am most annoyed that I wasted my morning twice waiting for my fridge to get repaired but all in vien. My impression of Samsung has been tarnished, and I am now concerned if my decision of purchasing a Samsung Refrigerator was wrong. Furthermore, Samsung technician's inability to detect the issue has meant that I Samsung is not at all concerned about its customers. It was a very unprofessional attitude.

                            I hope Samsung will take this seriously now and replace the defected fridge at the earliest. I look forward to hearing from you.

                              I bought mg phone 5 month back, i got freezing of screen related issues around a month later, i thought it was due to no updating of software, then it worked well, then mid sep onwards, i got issues with battery, it went quickly down from 25 to 0 within mins, even after applying battery saver, this do occur even if i put my phone to charge, like if i put it at 9%it wont charge instead went down till 0%, then charge starts, today it crossed all limits i had applied battery saver at 15%and started using a bir at12%it went black instantly, then i put it to charge but it went non responsive, like a corpse... I think that doesnt sound good spending 500, 600$for such a thing and calling it a flagship. Really very disappointed.

                                I bought the samsung on 5 pro mobile from amazon on 24th oct. We installed the sim on 4th november and since the mobile was working fine but yesterday the phone switched off and then it never restart. Today my mother went to the samsung service center at bareilly up and the service center guy told my mother that the mother board is defective since purchase. Request you to please replace my handset to the newer handset.

                                    I had bought ssmsung fridge on 11/13. Since then four fridges have been delivered at my place and all of them were defective.
                                    Waiting for thr fith one now. No clue on when or how it will be delivered. Customer care team, service centre teams say approval process is taking time. Head office guys snd india ceo desk doesn’t reply. Highly frustrated with samsung now.

                                    Sixth fridge delivered by Samsung also has similar bump on the side wall. Now Samsung’s technical team is claiming this is not a defect. This was the same problem in previous fridges also.

                                    These people are taking customer for granted. Delivering defective products and claiming to be good. Quality of Samsung fridges has gone from bad to worst.

                                        From the first week that i bought it, this frig has a problem if dripping water or overcooling so that vegetables, milk and even cooked rice freezes icily in the lower compartments. I asked for a replacement but the company refused. Engineers came and went but could not solve the problem. After warranty was over, we even paid to get it repaired but nothing happened. After 6 years of this recurrent problem, once again we have foodstuff of and going bad. We feel very cheated and disgruntled that this expensive frig is a constant headache
