[Resolved] Samsung India — Service for installation delayed for 3 days in Chennai | |||||
I requested for installation of the air conditioner in chennai as i was shifted to chennai from trichy on the 18 of april 2017. The customer service changed the address and took the request on 19th april, and i was assured of installation the same day, since then no one has responded to our continuous calls even the customer service even after complaining twice didn't send any technician for installation. There is some service people from samsung here who tell us repeatedly that they will come but even after calling them for 5-8 times in the day, they keep delaying and are still not completing the visit. The situation is getting worse as after repeated calls no one is responding. Was this information helpful? | |||||
