[Resolved] Samsung India — service for microwave | |||
My microwave needed some spare and the service engg. Informed me that it would take 3 to 4 days to get it done. I received a message from samsang stating the same. Request no. Is [protected]. It is now more than 10 days and nothing has been done till date, despite having tele talk with service center. Phone[protected]. I am 75 and face a tough time for want of this device. I had told the same to visiting service guy. Now i am set to to leave in couple of days. Wht will be the use if the microwave gets its part? The company immediately asks for money for visit of service man. Spares are only available with the company (Samsang). Hence can not do anything. Unless ready to buy new one. Deplorable. I had bought this microwave from samsang' shop in ahmedabad, gujarat Was this information helpful? | |||
