[Resolved] Samsung India — service guys not showing up and blaming it on the previous service person | |||
Our samsung refrigerator rt31gcpr1/ctl/2011 model had a part change by a previous service attendant couple of months ago as the problem was even at a low setting everthing in regular section would freeze. The same problem is recurring again. The samung service center sent a person who is saying he will send the other guy ramesh who changed the part. It has been at least a week and there is no help from the samsung service center in chennai. Was this information helpful? | |||
