Samsung India — Service issue regarding tv | |||||
I regret to inform you that i have been trying to reach out to the samsung call centre for last 5 days but their has been no action taken till now. My tv had some problem with visual as well as audio. I called up the call centre on 19th may 2016, they informed that an engineer will be visiting our home on our convenient time. The engineer names jayanto call me up in the morning and asked for the preferable timing. He came at our home and informed that the mother board and the speaker has to be replaced. He took a service charge of 172/- and also informed that for further way about you again have to contact the samsung call centre. So on 20th may i again call up the customer care and informed that need an replacement of the desired parts. Had also informed that to allow the engineer to come on saturday that is 21st may as i would be taking official off from my office so that the tv gets repaired by saturday. It really feel sorry to tell that none of the person turned up. I tried to call the customer care the whole day but each time they kept my call on hold. Was this information helpful? | |||||
