I submitted my c9 pro for an update at alphabetical business machine pct ltd today at 10:17 am and i have come take my mobile and now they are saying we will give it to you tomorrow. Does it take a day for an update on a regular customer of samsung and i trust it but is this kind of service samsung provide to its customer. My number is [protected] you can check how many mobile i have taken from samsung im very dissapointed with this kind of service

On 26 July 2017 i had submitted my c9 pro for an update but after the update my mobile started heating up and battery started to give up so I went to service to resolve the problem on 2 Aug 2017 at evening they said we r working on your mobile we will give it tomorrow and now they r saying you have wait 4 two days I said give a mobile on stand by they regeted my request now u tell me Samsung is this kind of service u provide to it customer. I'm sorry to say Samsung is not living up to its name
