I submitted my c9 pro for an update at alphabetical business machine pct ltd today at 10:17 am and i have come take my mobile and now they are saying we will give it to you tomorrow. Does it take a day for an update on a regular customer of samsung and i trust it but is this kind of service samsung provide to its customer.
