[Resolved] Samsung India — Side by side refrigerator | |||
Despite repeated reminder no technician visit for over 8 days and counting for a refrigerator product, its totally frustrating and unacceptable sla. I have logged a complaint at customer care on june 7th to no avail despite numerous attempt to remind on the urgency. My compliant number is [protected]. Later they changed it to [protected] dont know why. Food is getting exploit due to negligible cooling and this is a recurrence of the problem which was attended 6 weeks back. I'm without a fridge for last 5 days and do not know when it will be delivered. They notified me on new set of problems, tried new compressor when the old was quite ok, talked about leakage when there was none while it was diagnosed in my premises by the technician. I sense foul play and harassment leaving me helpless. The worst being you are avoiding any communication on the promised junctures.The assurances from the head office is of little value to me.
