Our Handset problem regarding e-mail incoming is not solved at yet. Sir/madam this phone is purchased by Kamrup Construction Co. (P) Ltd. for using E-mail of Company. For this problem we could not used from purchase & this is useless for us.

So, kindly look into the matter & do the needful (Solve or replace).
