[Resolved] Samsung India — smartphone galaxy j7 max | |||
I purchased samsung galaxy j7 max on sept 10, 2017. I met an accident on 26 october 2017. My phone was having temperd glass and back cover provided by the samsung store. Since the phone come in metal body and also it was in my pocket and not fall down on floor. Still it broke down in a very typical manner. I don't know how did it broke. And company also didn't supported me. I know that phone is damaged very badly but its still its internl parts (Like battery, etc.) can be used as te phone was only 1.5 months old.
