Hi i have bought brand new samsung j5, it''s camera does not function.Every time i try to use, it shows "failed".After 2 or 3 days i bought this phone i have not been able to use the camera of my phone.I have taken my phone to your service station also spoke to the manager the whole staff of samsung service centre is not entertaining they are mistreating me.I am very upset hence i will escalate this case to court and social media, else you please do the needful.
