No service engineer attended in spite of numerous calls to your good office service centre
Fyi I am regular customer of Samsung

2 inventor ac
Sound bar
800 ltrs Refrigerator
2 c9 pro mobiles
Due to this careless behaviour of complaint centre made me think I had made a mistake to trust your product
Please ref my mails in details to customer care dated 29 March which still unread or replied to me.
