I bought this ac on 10th april, 2018. Gas leaked out in dec. 2018.
Since then, many times gas has leaked, repairs not lasting.
Each time i contacted customer care, i got a complaint no and the name and mobile number of the engineer assigned to this work.
The said engineer was not at all aware of the matter. Later someone came and attended the work and closed the complaint without my acceptance of the repair.
The persons who attend appear to be not emplyees of samsung. They do not have proper tools and also don’t follow the instructions given in samsung manuals.
Regarding complaints, we can contact only customer care and no provision for escalation.
All communications are verbal and hence no consumer court or legal action is feasible.
My ac is under repair, which is going on at a snails pace, and warrantee is expiring on 10th april, 2019.
I feel that our government should rein in such multinationals, and stop them from this treatment of consumers. Was this information helpful? |
