Samsung India — store security amount not refunding

I was the dealer of samsung electronics, i had samsung ses cafe (Smart mobile store - ganesha)
I closed down the store with email information to samsung and seeking my security amount refund of rs. 50, 000
Its been 3 months, i did not get any acknowledgement from samsung team. And not refunded my security amount.
