[Resolved]  Samsung India — take back your machine and return my money

I purchased samsung front load washing machine two years ago. After just one year i started facing issues with my machine.in last one year i have called technician 2-3 times already. This time when i called the technician again i called their free number (Ref no-[protected]), one technician was sent afte 10 days and he informed the wiring has been
Damaged and the replacement will cost me rs 6000/-!!!. The
Technician told that the wiring is damaged due to the activity of
Rats (Rats have entered inside the machine and bitten the wires) and there was no solution other than replacement of the wires
Which will cost me 30% of the total cost of the machine. The reason for
The damage, may be true, appeared really strange to me because i have kept
The machine in the same place where i had kept my old washing machine for almost 10 years without any problems and it is hard for me to believe
That no rats have passed through the proximity of that machine for all
Those 10 years. I couldn’t believe that how a brand like samsung missed
Out the possibility of a problem like this and kept those sensitive
Parts exposed for the rats to damage it, if somehow they managed to
Enter into the machine.

The technician also told that even during warranty period this damages caused by rats will not be covered under warranty. Samsung has left big holes under the machine without covering so that rats can enter through it and damage the machine. A local technician near my place told that ifb machines dont have these kind of problems because they have installed a rat mesh in their machines to prevent the entry of rats, and this is a common problem for samsung machines.

Every time a samsung technician comes at least after 7 days. The technician never bothers to come before twelve as i have told them several times i am a working women. I have to come back from office every time just to get the machine repaired.

It is like they have intentionally left the rat holes in the machine to get all that extra money for repairing after selling the machine. They are saying it may even cost more if other parts are damaged too. I am extremely disappointed and now i just want samsung to collect their horrible machine and return my money so that i never have to deal with their brand.

And SAMSUNG proved it again how bad they are!!

Today for this complaint an executive named 'Umang' called me and he said SamSUNG packs their machine completely and there is no scope for a rat to enter in the washing machine. So I told him that your engineer diagnosed rat bite so they said yes we do not cover rat bite even in warranty.

1. If they are sure rats can not enter then why don't they cover it in warranty
2. If the rat cant enter and still machine has rat bite, do they mean that I opened the screws of the machine and poured a few rat inside it to damage my machine?

This is becoming ridiculous with each passing day!!
