1. My Battery is looking good no Physical Damage and No Bulging
2. My phone putting another healthy battery it is getting charging and working fine
3. When i put this faulty Battery to another healthy device it is not getting charging

I called Samsung Customer Care regarding my mobile phone battery charging issue after long conversation the customer care counselor asked me to go service centre hand over the device, Take Job Sheet and she said your mobile battery is a issue then we will replace the battery if it is under warranty.

Today i went to the Service centre, Service centre persons not responded me so i call again the Customer Care, and i speak with customer care person about not responding my problem. i already speak with customer care on yesterday she only asked me to come service centre for handover the mobile, but the customer care person not listening my words and keep on asking basic information about mobile problem only, then customer care person asking to wait for some time then the customer care person told me i will transfer the call to Senior Executive. After few seconds the Senior executive came to the line asking basic details of mobile problem then he said the problem is already escalated with in few days the problem will be solved so i asked the customer care person what is the time line for this solution because it is already 8 days completed suddenly the customer care person disconnected the mobile connection in the middle of conversation.
immediately i called again the customer care some one picked and asked the basic details of my mobile problem then he told me your problem is already forward to Aswathi Nair Madam.
I called Aswathi Nair Madam about my mobile phone problem and she directly denied for warranty service due to water clog. I explained I told to the Madam if there is water clog on that area really the battery as well as mobile device also get damage and i said the scale formation may be due to possibility of moister. Then she said water and any Physical damage it will not come under warranty. I said to the Madam I strongly agree your statement but this one no physical damage and no water clog only the problem is scale formation on Charging area for this kind of issue what can i do. For scale formation how can i take precaution, Every one using the mobile phone same way i am also using in that scale formation what can i do please tell me.
i didn't understand the warranty is void on any physical damage or water clog but this is scale formation on charging area. How can i protect this scale formation inside mother board and if it is water clog why my battery and device not damaged.
As a service provider can refuse for seeking reason. this is not a valid reason. For scale formation take place prolonged action not occur with in a day. If water clog problem why my mobile is charging when i put another healthy battery please tell me
