my name ia manoj sejwal from new delhi, , i bought a samsung phone model no A-7 2016 from croma saket on 3 dept 2016 . on 25 july 2017 i am not able to excess my phone because i can see blue ink on my phone screen, , i took that phone and ask service center okhla to help me .instead of helping they said you have drop this phone and will not change the screen at same time they said if you want to repair your phone you have to pay rs 8000. my phone is still in warrenty and i have never dropped this phone . they said do whatever you want but will not chane the phone screed, , this is bad and rude behaviour from samsung team .there is not even a scrach on my phone .i will file a complaint in consumer court if imy matter will nto get resolved . i have already make to phone call and file a complaint and did not get any call back from anyone, every time just get assurance that will get a call back from samsung team, , my complaint refrence number is : [protected].
samsung is spoilng their image or people are spoiling sansung image by their rude behavious .i will never bought any product from samsung .

1. If some one is graduating from lower price segment of a costly product of a leading brand, his expectations of services from that product vis a vis cheaper earlier product increases in more than same proportion.
Mechanical (no emotion) response to the complaint increases the pain and agony of the customer. This directly decreases the perceived brand value. Adversely affecting the future sales in the customer's circle?
Solution: 1. Please avoid services through big retailers (like Reliance Digital) within warranty period, for them a sale is one time affair and the quality of service is an expenditure not emotion. This kills your brand value.
2. You must have excellent after sales service team. They must listen to the complaints carefully and logically resolve the issues.
I must give more than 100% marks in this matter to HP Printers after sales service. I have become great fan of their issues resolving and attention to customers complaint.
On the other extreme the worst possible after sales services "Reliance Digital". They are hell bent to spoil customer's confidence in any brand with their after sales services.
