I bought a 40 inch led tv in last year July.After 3 months, sound was not coming.An engineer came and replaced it. Now suddenly video is not coming.Called the toll free no and they are asking that you hv to pay a sum of approx 1500 just to check the issue then if problem arises i hv to spent Rs18000 to replace the video system. i just want to knw that what parts u r manufacturing. You are cheating people like this???Firstly we will purchase tv worth Rs45000 then again we will invest to change the parts that too in 13 months??
