[Resolved] Samsung India — Television | |||
My television was taken back for pannel change on 02.11.16. But till now I didn't receive the product back and they said they will charge 10% service fee. We called to enquire about the product more than 15 times.. But still all lame excuses are given.. Now I need my product back if not you yourself keep it and I need a refund... If the product is returned also I won't pay the service charge since my product is not delivered in right time..due to reputation of your company names we raised for service but now we feel bad for doing that.. Never excepted..if my product is not received r refunded.. I will file a suit.. Was this information helpful? | |||
