I purchased a Samsung Television on May 27, 2015 from Agoan Electronics, Jaipur. I also purchased a refrigerator and a washing machine along with TV.
But TV stopped working so i registered a complaint on customer care on 26/5/2016. When company guy came he did something and TV started but now TV had some kind of problem on screen. When I asked about the problem he said "Panel kharab ho gya hai".
The TV was in warranty period at that point of time. I again registered a complaint regarding the same but didn't got any response from Samsung's end. Hence, i registered a complaint with consumer forum CANS (Consumers Action and Network Society) (Complaint No. CANS/Comp/2016/[protected].
Now CANS has send about 2 notices to your company and i am sure CANS will help me to get what i deserve, but the main reason to submit a complaint is that it's been over 7 months and my TV is not working properly. After spending 53k on a TV, not able to make most of it is sad.
I am highly satisfied with the quality of Samsung's products and i am a regular buyer with 2 samsung galaxy smartphones, and other home appliances, but this TV has turned out to be a nightmare. 53k is a big amount for a middle class person like me.
Now CANS is asking me to send a legal notice, process for which will again take an year or even more.
All I am asking is to look into the matter and get my TV replaced.
