[Resolved] Samsung India — television | |||||
Hello, this is akansha. I purchased 32 inch samsung television in the month of january of 2016.in december, of the same year it's picture tube stopped functioning. I called samsung customer care executive and undoubtedly they sent the engineer to fix the problem. Again, after 8 months that is in the month of august it's led panels are damaged and engineer is saying that it'll charge 13000 to fix it. I mean, what us it? Should we buy television just for an year? Samsung is a brand with such a high repo. But still must say it's electronics are worthless. Was this information helpful? | |||||
