[Resolved] Samsung India — the service center is not responding to any calls | |||||
I have given s8 for service 3 weeks back and i am trying to reach them on the phone for checking the status but none of them are picking the call. Once i had been there they asked me to pay completely we will give immediately. When it is under never mind offer it is the duty of the service person to at least inform number of days required to get the phone repaired. Worst ever customer service from samsung that too for a higher range product Was this information helpful? | |||||
