[Resolved] Samsung India — The service centre not help and their behaviour is not good | |||||
1-2-2017 I gave my mobile for service on[protected] . After 12 days the give time for receiving the mobile but the give mobile after 15 days while calling they do not receive call and after reach they say come tomorrow and i give you your mobile date[protected] they give my mobile after 6 pm when I receive mobile and come on home then I found my speaker is not work and my mobile J5 2015, 4G handset not search network 4g.[protected] the service is close and[protected] when I reached on service centre they say give time 2 days but when I say that I receive it[protected] then they say sit and wait 3 hours i said ok but after 5 min. they said this mobile is not service in service centre . but after argument they take my handset and after 2 days[protected] they call me but they not repair my set and today 2-2-2017 what can i do for it? tell me my mobile no is [protected] call any question please hurry up Was this information helpful? | |||||
