[Resolved] Samsung India — Timely repairs not done by samsung support in spite of product being in warranty period | |||||
My samsung washing machine is not functioning at all. This is after only one year of occassional use. Support engineers are assigned but they dont call you back. They don't even pick up your calls. You have to follow-up hundereds of times to just check the status.in return you are said, the faulty part is not available in their service center. Waiting for the faulty part to be replaced for ther last 6 days. When i called their support call center, they asked to cooperate and wait for another 4 days giving lame excuses like gst impacting parts availalibity. Was this information helpful? | |||||
