[Resolved] Samsung India — Too delay and not solving my problem till date | |||||
No one is listening to me write from executive desk to CEO desk. I am complaining for heating and hanging problem since last 1 month but problem is not solved yet. Already visited samsung store 10 times. In last 3 month my phone is in service centre for 1 months. But they have not come up with solution. Each time they request me for submit the phone to service centre and the problem never solve. My phone automatically gets restart and network go blank and app get closed automatically with screen goes blank. Also had heating issue. at last my s7 edge gone dead the service center had not claim till 21 days i am not understand why the job [protected] open and till not close service center told me first you close the open call by go the quick service solution patna and quick solution told me this call was not opne by me you call the toll free no. that will close the call i am suffering problem betbeen service center and toll free no excutive please sove my problem Was this information helpful? | |||||
