We have a problem with our samsung top load washing machine, we currently reside in guntur. After we raise complaint through customer care, a technician has been allocated. The technician who came to home says there is no problem with the machine and left. We still face the problem while the machine is filling water. Another technician has been allotted and this time the technician call us before coming and demanded 402 rupees to visit home even if he doesn't fix the problem. This technician cancelled our call while we are talking to him. Irresponsible technicians in guntur, andhra pradesh.
