Samsung India — Touch not working

I had purchased note 5 on 10th December 2015 and found that its hanging again and again, needs to restart and touch is not working properly. Even with the 4gb ram I was not able to watch even a video. I filed a complaint in customer care on 12th December 2015. Service centre assigned is in okhla, delhi. When I called the service centre they agreed that sometimes touch is not working but gave a feedback to customer care that phone is properly working. I want replace the handset as it was just 1 day old phone. I am contacting customer care but no solution is given by them till date.
