Got a number ravi engineer ([protected])
He will come and ratified the problem but not came from 30 days
And today i called ur coustomer care previous complain is closed with out doing any thing
And coustomer care has not seen that why it is not ratified
Big zero samsung coustomer is buying ur product that is why ur in market
Guys my opinion is don't buy samsung product go for the product who can provide service
