[Resolved] Samsung India — T/v is not working properly

Lodged a complain 6-7 days back for doing the need full of my samsung t/v, which was not working properly, and after your local stuff namely vishal (contact no-[protected]) one your person namely tanveer (contact no-[protected]) attended & committed to repair within a day for price of new parts of rs.200.00 other than service charges of rs.350.00 but in-spite my several calls, none of person came to remove / comply my complain, due which my family is facing great problem, please look in to the matter & do the needful by tomorrow. r. n. mukherjee
