Extended warrant no. Inj3168897m Complaint no.[protected] dt.31st oct. 2017 Defective mother board. Faint picture display. I have been following with their local service engineer and the area manager since 2nd week of november 2017. On 4th december area manager confirmed that part has been ordered and tv will be repaired within 2/3 days. To this day service centre has not received the part and no explanation is being given. A reputed company like samsung cannot be so deficient in service to their faithful customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
