[Resolved] Samsung India — tv panel not functioning within warranty period | |||
We purchased a samsung 32 inches led tv on 5/5/2019, priced rs 17000/- with a warranty period of 2 years, but the tv worked well for about 6 months and suddenly we observed lines on the tv screen without picture.in this regard complained the samsung india tech support. They have sent a technician who inspected the tv and said that the picture panel need to be replaced at our cost of rs 12000/-, because he found some insects inside the tv. This is not an edible item for insects to damage the tv. Just on some pretext they are trying to avoid the free warranty replacement.
