[Resolved]  Samsung India — tv reinstallation charges too high

Hi, i am very disappointed in the services that the samsung support team offers regarding tv installation and re-installation.
We have a 40 inch samsung smart tv that was bought and used in bangalore.
When we relocated to chennai, we had raised a reinstallation request for which it costed us around 400-500 inr.
Now owing to renovation of my house, i had to dismantle it and raised again a re-installation request.
The cost told to me was 1180 inr which is exorbitant by any standard for an installation.
Some of the reasons told by service centre and your support team,
1. Gst - oh please, gst tax was never 200%
2. Re-installation is costlier than first installation - considering this is the third time installation, i do not see any rationale here.

Since my brother in law had raised the first and second request, i do not have any records for the same.
But leaving aside all that, on any scale charging this much for just an installation and not even a service, is not at all worthy of your company.
I was considering buying a second tv and now considering the amount you people charge for basic services, i will have to seriously think about even having your brand in my choice.
