Dear samsung, Gental reminder I have lot of riminder but problem not resolve I has also mentally harassment for your service feedback Communicated to dealer but he is not supported for change the product delar alredy know to said concern since purchase time, after many time reminder he is not responding i have already communicated to dealar for replesment post 2nd day form purchase. But he not supported to me after that i had initiate to call center voice call complend approx 10 to 15 time but still not resolve after the harassment in total process i had put the mail in below concerns but today evning discussed with call center guys mr sandeep singh he had told we are not change the product only service is possible but he will have to pay. And i will try to 20% discount of bill amount. This is last reminder, then monday i will take the legal action against dealar owner & samsung compay with Rgd Chandra prakash padaun [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
