I had complaint about repair os selector switch which was resently replaced. The same become again faulty within 15 days of replacement but today i got a call the guy told me that being a cosmetic part the same will not be replaced or repaired now reference no is [protected] My question is we being consumervhas invested a sum of rs 12000 on yiur brand and your company is giving these type of reply or service? A part of the machine becomes faulty within a warranty has to be repaired or replaced free of cost?
