I am using samsung led tv (F5100) purchase down 2013. But 3 days back it is screen will become white and having audio only. Regarding this issue i just called samsung toll free number and book the complaint ([protected]) early morning 7 a. M[protected].. At 9 o'clock i got an sms that shows the work is assigned to a person named abhin with his mobile number. Suddenly i contacted him and ask his time when you reach my home. He told me i will be reached their afternoon. Morning to evening, in my house my mother is the only one person present. So i took a leave and reached home sharp 1 o'clock. I just waited for 7 p. M n contacted me. So i just call him then i got a reply that the work is assigned to another one and he ask me "did not yet another person come"?. Today[protected] i called the manager (Renjith) and ask the approximate time for saturday. But he is also saying will try. I cant understand the idea behind this? I am totally ashamed of purchasing samsung products. Was this information helpful? | |||
