My Samsung Fridge double door which has stopped working from last 3 weeks we paid service charges after that no once coming to repair. When we call for inquiry they yelling at us speaking bad words. Complaint no[protected]. Model no RT27. Our product is in warranty and its warrant get expired in 2/7/2016.
It would be helpful for us if action taken as soon as possible once the warranty period ends we have to pay more amount for the repair. If this situation goes on i don't think they are going to take any action we have lodge complaint to Samsung center also but no reply for them. Please help us in this matter.
