[Resolved] Samsung India — unethical behavior of samsung engineer. | |||
I had issues with the cooling in my refrigerator. I got a paid service call from samsung service center and the engineer gave a feedback with gas issues. Today another engineer came to visit and refilled the gas at 6:30 pm. At 23:30 entire gas started leaking and when i called the engineer he said he will only attend tomorrow morning. This makes me stand in a position where entire family and the entire apartment is at a risk and the reply given the engineer is not appreciable. Call no :[protected], cash receipt 26403 for which i paid 1530. Engineer name is aakash and mobile number is [protected].
