My Entire Family are loyal Customer of Samsung and using Mobiles from last 8 Years. On 11th Sep 16 I had Purchased A5 2016 with Apps Insurance and on 12th Oct 16 my phone got damaged and Insurance has accepted and my phone got picked on 18 Oct, 45 days has gone and Insurance Company is diverting this issue with Samsung. Looking into the long relationship please provide me New A5 2016 so that i continue with the Samsung Phones. Was this information helpful? | |||
