Unethical & without bill services by Samsung service center Faridabad & Palwal

I have 4 products of Samsung in my house. But I am totally frustrated with Samsung service center operator for refrigerators for Faridabad and Palwal area. My refrigerator has some power related issues so I made a complain on 02/07/2018. My complain was registered with reference no. [protected]. The service provider Mr. Uday singh called me and told me that his person will come next day but I will not be given any bill against my payments. I insisted for bill against payments. Next day his person came to my house while I was not available but my wife was available. The service person checked and opened some parts and cut some wires, did something and within a minute told to my wife that it is a tempered case. My wife told him that our fridge was only one time repaired earlier and that time also Samsung authorized service engineer repaired it. Then he told that don't worry fridge can be repaired easily but he will do it unofficially and will take Rs 2000 but will not give any bill or receipt. My wife called me and told all this. Then I called to owner/ head of service center Mr. Uday singh and told what about his man was saying. Then he made me remember that he also told me initially that generally they don't give bill of such repair cases. Because it was against my ethics to pay any money without bill so I argued him that how can I be confident that he will put a Samsung genuine part as replacement if it is not supported with bill. and that I will make its complain to Samsung company. Then he arrogantly replied that "he don't care about any complained against him because he had bought several service managers of Samsung. And now I have to give him Rs2000 in advance without any receipt or bill and I have to take my fridge to his place otherwise no any person in my town can fix my refrigerators problem". Later my wife told me that after our discussion, the service engineer was called up by his that boos then he opened the fridge from some other places too and did something there and raped up and replied to my wife that fridge has some major problems and these can be fixed only if we send it to their workshop and went away. I doubt that service engineer made my fridge more problematic and tempered it badly after talking to his boss Uday singh. Since then I tried to talk Uday singh many times but every time he arrogantly repeat his words that "he don't care about any complained against him because he had bought with money several service managers of Samsung. And now I have to give him Rs2000 in advance without any receipt or bill and I have to take my fridge to his place otherwise no any person in my town can fix my refrigerators problem.
Some of my friends also gave me similar type of feedback about servicing for their AC and refrigerators. So after waiting to much and frustrating badly, I am making this complain to you. Hoping that you will take a suitable action against such person who is spoiling the name & reputation of such good company like Samsung and its good quality products.
