[Resolved] Samsung India — unsatisfied customer care | |||
Hi, I have registered a complaint regarding the malfunction of my refrigerator, Model Numer: RS55K5010S9, a technician came to my house 0n 16th March 2019 and said that heater was the problem. He also said that they have to order the part and it would take time So we waited. The technician came again today( 25th March 2019) after 10 days and he replaced the heater but said the sensor is not working and has to be replaced. Since 16th March 2019, we are not able to use the refrigerator and are facing trouble in storing food including dairy and medicines. It's not acceptable to make customers wait during this summer season. So please look into this matter Was this information helpful? | |||
