[Resolved]  Samsung India — Used mobile sold

I purchased Galaxy A8 from MG EZONE New Delhi under invoice No 2454 dated 19.11.16.From the one its battery was quickly discharging and in order to rectify this error I visited the service centre .They did not conduct any repair as they said that it is out of warranty. I had purchased only less than two months back. I was provided documents which shows that its first sale date is 05.08.15 and after its use for more than a year it was resold to me .
The dealer was contacted and he is not ready to accept my claim.
So I post this complaint and in case no action is taken by the company I shall lodge an FIR and tske legal action

Now it is more than a week that no solution has been intimated by the company.I have been sending reminders on reminders but no response.Now there is only way thatbis to lodge a F IR .and tske legal action
