[Resolved] Samsung India — very bad service on tv repair | |
I had raised complaint with samsung for my 40inch smart led tv and they visited on 12th and they confirmed that need to replace mother board i greed and they mentioned they ordered the part it will be coming soon later i got the message saying your complaint has been closed as no response from customer when i called samsug they don't have any clue how it got closed and they don't have clue part has been ordered or not.
