This is very urgent. My name is Anubhav Sharma and we were your satisfied customer till few days back. But now the inconvenience which we are facing that is terrible and we are very frustrated with customer support which you are serving to us now and we are in contact with customer support since more then a month now but its all use less. They kept on telling us to wait and issue has not resolves till now. Being such a big brand and delivering such a pathetic support its not good at all for company. I bought a 43 cm Plasma TV and after few months it started creating problems and we have repaired it from your support till here it was fine and then it happens again and looking at all this we thought to increase the warranty period and we did it and paid 3700 rupees for that and it was next 4 years and now in the month of November it was not working again and when this time we contact your staff said '' we haven't increased the warranty period '' after making hard efforts we were able to justify that so that is my first issue and secondly Please fix this issue as soon as possible as because it has not been fixed till now and no one listening to us because of all this we are facing big problems and need big help from you.
