[Resolved] Samsung India — Very worst answer from very biggest company | |||
I have purchased my tv on 18.06.2016 (Model - ua32fh4003r) from palaniyappa electronics area - pammal, city - chennai. While purchasing they did tell about the wall mount installation procedure as well limited period like 6 month validity. After purchasing i have used past 10 months using with the stand which was given by the manufacturer. Right now am relocated and this house have wall mounted marks, so, i have called up samsung customer care regarding this issue. But they simply told like, this is only validity for 6 months from the purchase date and this is standard policy and if you want means we will charge 1150 rupees for the installation. If really this is a standard policy means, you should mention in policy copy know, dealer also made a problem while purchase the tv, they suppose to explain about that. What ever it is finally the customer only affected. Any way i did not use that gift. So, kindly look into this one and arrange the installation as free of cost. Note : samsung service is good but some silly issues is there to handle the customers. Please get back to me. Finally they spoken to me like about this issue and they try to convenience to me, actually the thing is only 1150 rupees, They would not be ready to help the customer even which is the problem within the dealer and samsung side.
