[Resolved] Samsung India — wall mount kit not given as promised | |||
I purchased samsung 32 inch tv yesterday from omega agencies chennai. While purchasing they told wall mounting kit can be fixed any time we want and they will handover while coming for installation. Ur engineer vinoth came. He refused to handover. I spoke to nirmal and mani. None helped. While selling they promised a lot. After sale none is bothered. Customer is cheated.
