i am Jitendra Hingorani i buy sumsung On8 DATE 26.10.2018 with 1 year warranty but 06/07/2019 early morning my phone touch not working and display blanking i send my phone in sumsung services center they response your phone in touch to water so they con not in warranty so sumsung center say pay Rs.6000/- for your new display. they are not response proper and they are ignore my compliance don't repair my phone under warranty. and
why i am pay this amount

Updated by Jitendra Hingorani Samsung India customer support say your estimated repairing cost Rs.13000/- approx half payment company and half pay consumer (Jitendra) so this is not a satisfaction reply. i think pay full pay because my phone under warranty my phone warranty expiry date 26 Oct 2019. thanks your support.
