[Resolved]  Samsung India — warranty extended certificate

I have paid rs.1100.00 to colling point m3-889, sector h lda aashiyana chauraha, lucknow for extended warranty for my mobile j5 prime model sm-g570, set serial no. Rz8ha0227hd on 15.11.2017 vide receipt book no.08 crno.0369.
I have visited twice to your above service center but till to day i am not getting the above certificate.
Please make arrangement immediately so that i can get the delivery on 07.12.2017.

This has reference to telephonic discussion with your customer service engineer Mr .Akhilesh Rana on 07.12.2017
at 11.31 am. on phone No:[protected] warranty extended certificate. As require by him I am sending Image of Samsung Service Center Cash Receipt/Invoice for your reference.

Please take immediate action either refund the money OR issue the warranty extended certificate immediately.
