Dear sir, We have bought a samsung washing machine 31 january 2016. The model number is wa90j573055/tl and the serial number is occz5dbgc00570h I have attached the service record card along with the mail. This machine is defective. Because of this defect we have lost sever garments which have become unusable because of they have been damaged while washing. The machine cuts holes in the garments they are washed in the machine. Over last three months several of our garments have been destroyed because of the manufacturing defect of this machine. We have showed the machine to your customer service personnel and after thorough investigation he has admitted the manufacturing defect which has resulted into tremendous financial losses and mental harassment to us. He has also readily agreed to refund the money for this machine. But that dose not cover the financial losses we have suffered in terms of damaged garments over the period of last 3.5 months. They say they are un authorised to process such claim and dont provide me wit any proper number for that Was this information helpful? | |||
