[Resolved] Samsung India — washing machine | |||
I have given my washing machine for a chemical wash on 6th april 2018 with the assurance that i will be getting it back within a day. It's been a week since i have given with absolutely no response from the samsung people. Even after calling them multiple times, there is no response, and if if there is any they just say that the machine will be delivered afterwards. Such terrible service is not expected from a company like samsung. I was supposed to go out of station with my family and have changed the programme multiple times waiting for the washing machine to get delivered. This has caused me great mental agony and suffering. I request the concerned authorities to replace my washing machine with a brand new one immediately as such things are bought from our hard earned money. There is absolutely no sense in taking back the old machine as the company has kept it for too long. The only solution is a replacement. Was this information helpful? | |||
