[Resolved] Samsung India — washing machine | |
I have lodge a ticket with Samsung Customer care for my washing machine which is not working properly. Motor for taking water is automatically on irrespective of the options selected in machine. Technician visited also and charged for the same but response has come from Samsung to replace or resolve the problem. when I called them again, they arranged a callback but we did not receive any calls from them. They have charged for the visiting the technician but issue is yet not resolved and irrespective of following up, Samsung is not responding at all. Really pathetic service, I must say.
