Last week i have talked with mr manuji and he told me, sir your replacement has been approved and will be changed within a week, by the service center end. Yesterday i talked with mr amitji owner of service center, he told me that we have not received any confirmation mail for replacement. As a normal customer you are giving me lots of harassment, if this type of complaints come from big personality, then you do solve the problem. Now i don't want the replacement, i want repayment.
