[Resolved] Samsung India — washing machine | |||
Dear sir, This are the today's washed clothes dated 11/11/18. I have launched a complaint to customer care on 12/11/18 at 00.10am. Mr. Manu rajanji on 5th nov, 18. Your senior engineer camed with sanjay pandey was telling that this type of threads and stitching happens in machine. But you can see the attachment in which the machine has pulled threads from my gold kurta and also breaking the interlock stitching of the interlock. Sir, i am really fed-up from this machine the service reply's. Sir i want refund. Please do the needful and give me refund, so i can purchase a new machine.
